Project Manager / Implementation Consultant

You will form part of the AU sales & implementation team, working both onsite and remotely to implement our software and move through the implementation process cycle from kick off to go live and post go live support.
As part of this dynamic team you will need to be a general all-rounder with key responsibilities of this position outlined below:

  • To implement, provide training & support on Infinet Cloud Software I.e. Payroll, Leave Management, MyPay (ESS – Employee Self Service), Journal Generator.
  • Provide technical assistance for issues escalated from support representatives
  • Customer engagement including demonstration & support to sales team
  • Provide quality assurance by testing and providing feedback on Infinet software
  • Attend and complete various training sessions or courses as prescribed by Management as per Company and personal goals
  • Provide assistance to Management
  • Identify, replicate and report bugs and issues for resolution
  • Assist business with testing and development of new functionality
  • Create/Update & maintain ICS Documentation & Online Knowledge Base
  • Monitor statutory and legislative changes from ATO, SRO’s and FWA and inform Management of relevant changes
  • Represent company at various events or trainings

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, to make decisions and work on own initiative.
  • Able to regularly travel within Australia and although rarely NZ & UK if required.
  • Discipline to work from home when not travelling as Infinet does not have a physical office.
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • A natural curiosity and desire to understand how software works.
  • Demonstrate strong IT skills, especially MS Excel, along with MS Word, Google Apps and collaborative solutions such as Zoom, Slack, Confluence, Jira.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in order to effectively document support resolutions and understand Customer needs and the ability to simplify and explain complex processes
  • Excellent customer service skills

Senior JavaScript / SuiteScript Developer

You will form part of the Sydney development team; working along side our technical lead, product manager and NZ based remote developers. As part of the team you will need to be a good technical all rounder, and a typical day would involve:

  • Developing and maintaining our payroll application, adding new features and extending the product for new countries
  • Provide technical assistance for issues escalated from support representatives
  • Work on our long term strategy migrating to the new SuiteCloud Architecture (SuiteScript 2.0 & Software Development Framework)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional drive and enthusiasm
  • Be keen to take on new ideas and actively contribute in all aspects of the development lifecycle
  • Be keen to further their knowledge of the NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform
  • Be able to work both independently and work effectively in a team environment
  • Be keen to adopt best practices and be passionate about code quality and testing
  • Have a proven track record in large scale NetSuite development and ongoing NetSuite bundle management
  • Bachelors/Masters degree preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant degree*
  • Solid background in software programming including a deep understanding of JavaScript.
  • NetSuite SuiteCloud Development (SuiteBuilder, Suitescript, SuiteBundler)
  • Strong Javascript Skills ideally honed in large backend development
  • Use of AMD (requirejs) and ECMASCRIPT 5
  • JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JSDOC3
  • Experience integrating with 3rd Part Web Services using REST or SOAP
  • Experience with version control systems
  • SQL query understanding and search optimisation
